Delivery Service
Our delivery professionals are courteous, cautious and trained.
Please have your room prepared for your new furniture prior to the arrival of our delivery team.
Deliveries are made Monday through Thursday, 10:00 am – 5:00 pm, throughout Central Texas. Your delivery day and time will be determined at the time of purchase and is generally within three days of purchase, depending on delivery area and availability. We do charge a nominal delivery fee based on distance that includes assembly and placement of the furniture. A delivery fee will be charged for us to pick up allowed returns.
APARTMENTS / GATED COMMUNITIES
At the time of purchase, please provide the complex name and any instructions or codes that may be helpful to our delivery team. Your sales associate may ask you to sketch a map or write directions for us at the time of purchase.
GIFTS & ACCESSORIES
Home accessory items (mirrors, lamps, accessories, artwork, gifts, etc.) may be picked up by the customer. Delivery may not be necessary for these items.
SPECIAL ORDERS
When your order arrives, you will be contacted to schedule a delivery day and time.
Design Service
Casey's Furniture's full-service, interior design department offers a wide-range of services, including:
- Residential new construction, remodeling, redecorating
- Commercial new construction, remodeling, redecorating
- New furnishings selection consultation for home or commercial projects
- Designing, fabrication, installation of windows/bed treatments
Note: When new furnishings, window treatments or bed treatments are ordered through Casey's Furniture, there is no fee for design services provided for these products.

Financing Service
We offer 90-days, interest free. In addition, we offer several types of short-term and long-term financing, all pending credit approval.

Interior Design
We do sell the furniture in our showroom, and in most cases can deliver it within a few days. As a local, family-owned business, we use both our showroom's space and our warehouse to house our inventory. You may order any items that are available from the manufacturer if you choose.
Special Orders
You may order any items that are available from the manufacturer if you choose.
Each manufacturer has it's own set of practices, but as a general rule most orders arrive within four to eight weeks. However, an in-stock item might arrive sooner, or a delay might cause an order to arrive even later than eight weeks. Your Casey's salesperson and customer service representative will endeavor to be as specific as possible based on a manufacturer's estimate, but delays do occur that are outside of Casey's control. If you need an item for a specific date, it is best to order early or purchase furniture in the showroom.

Our customer service representatives handle scheduling, accounts, repairs and general information. We can schedule repairs when necessary, and we honor all of our manufacturers' warranties.
